Health Risk Assessment

The Health Risk Assessment will help identify any health risks that may be present. It includes the following components:

♦  extensive medical and lifestyle questionnaire
♦  a complete physical examination
♦  blood analysis
♦  online e-Health programme that will provide you with detailed advice and interaction with a doctor online and tracking software so you will be able see if your health begins to slide.

You also benefit from a 45 minute one-on-one feedback session with an exercise physiologist to review your assessment results. At the end of the session you take away a plan for life, which includes a personalised diet analysis, exercise prescription and lifestyle recommendations.

The Health Risk Assessment is a detailed but slightly less comprehensive assessment than the Premium or Premium Plus Assessment.
