Premium Health Assessment
The Premium Health Assessment is Echelon Health’s most popular assessment. It provides an in-depth profile of your health and wellbeing and will identify any health risks that may be present.
The Premium Health Assessment consists of the following components:
♦ an extensive medical and lifestyle questionnaire
♦ a complete physical examination (medical practitioner)
♦ blood analysis
♦ exercise stress testing heart evaluation
♦ posture check
♦ muscular strength
♦ flexibility and more
You also benefit from a 30-minute medical consultation and a 45-minute one-on-one feedback session with an exercise physiologist to review your assessment results. At the end of the session you take away a plan for life, which includes a personalised diet analysis, exercise prescription, lifestyle recommendations and e-Health (online results, feedback, lifestyle tracking and more).
The Premium Health Assessment includes all the main components of the Premium Plus Health Assessment, excluding the chest X-ray, additional pathology testing, bowel cancer screening, mammography and bone densitometry screening for women.
